Lodging - Vågå hotel

Booking to be done through the WaveCamp only, payments to be done directly with the hotel on arrival/departure.

Single room pr. night NOK 710

Dbl. room pr. person pr. night NOK 600

All room-rates include vat/tax, breakfast buffet (with lunch pack) and dinner buffet.
Discount for children in parents room: (Age 0-9: free, 10-15: 50%)
Not staying in the hotel: Breakfast NOK 80, buffet-dinner NOK 230, "farewell-dinner" NOK 250

The Aparments are for up to 5 persons.

WaveCamp fee and payments

Camp fee NOK 1500 per pilot

There will be a camp fee to cover snow clearing, transportation of tugs and fuel, administration, winter equipment, oxygen etc. The camp fee shall be payed up front (bank transfer or credit card) due January 31. 2010 to the account below. Please mark the payment with your booking-reference. (If you get your confirmation after January 20, the camp fee is due within 14 days of confirmation).

IMPORTANT - cancellation policy:
Cancellation before Feb 20: 750 NOK refund (50%)
Cancellation Feb 20 - Mar 10: 500 NOK refund (33%)
(This is regardless of reason for canceling the booking)
If the organizer for some reason have to cancel the camp, the complete fee will be refunded.

Aerotow

NOK 42 per 100m

We insist all economical issues to be closed when finishing and leaving Vågå. The payments can be done during the camp or in advance. We will accept cash in Norwegian Krone and payments by creditcard (Visa/Mastercard). It is also possible to pay parts of the cost of tow in advance. If you have not closed your economical issues, there will be a fee of 200 NOK if we have to send an invoice.

VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard will not be accepted as payment from Drammen flyklubb members. Club-members pay according to club-rules (bank transfer) or on-site with Bank Accept (bankkort) only.
